In summer 2026, I launched a travel-meets-retreat company.
For me, travel has always been about discovering the version of a place from the people who live it.
At the same time, mental health-boosting rituals like yoga, meditation and being in nature have always brought me home to myself, no matter where in the world I’ve landed.
Fieldwork was born from the desire to bring these two worlds together, and create an experience I couldn’t find. A kind of travel where outer exploration deepens inner growth, which paves the way for you to fully slow down and connect to a place, its people and most importantly, yourself. Something that’s somewhere between a retreat and a trip, but better.
How Fieldwork retreats are built
Fieldwork blends contemplative practice with immersive local travel, so the exploration of your inner world mirrors the novelty of your outer one.
Contemplative practice
Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
Deep local connection
We build each retreat in partnership with the place. Every practice, business and guide is rooted in the community we’re visiting, so what you experience comes from the people who actually live it.
